9\/27\/24- Around 3:40 SM made a help call to the back of the West wing, when RT\/KF\/AW got there she was on the ground, she told us that Atlas had gone after her face when she was doing a health check on him. AW looked over SM and found a scratch on her L arm and a couple bruises on her face and chest. RT marked MOD and no health check and filled out Incident Report out with SM.-RT<\/p>\n\n\n\n
