9\/16\/26 – AW SWO at C\/I and O said that Chief some times licks the fatty lump on his BL leg. I told O that we would pull him from group if the area became too irritated. O was not concerned but did mention they would be ooc and would prefer an email update. Per AG, we will put cone on him while unattended and at night internally only. No charge. JI<\/p>\n\n\n\n
9\/16\/26 – I SWO. She said that the Amantadine is for inflammation in his joints since he has arthritis. She said that the Amox-Clav was for a fatty lump in his leg that became irritated. O said that there are no restrictions or concerns. He is able to walk around fine and go out to group. – MB\/\/O submitted a med release form for two new meds, Amantadine (antibiotic) and Amox-Clav (for long-term nerve pain). I marked MOD @ c\/i today for new meds. – MB<\/p>\n\n\n\n
